Frequently Asked Questions

  • It's what I've lived and breathed for over 20 years, working side by side with software developers, analysts, business partners and vice presidents. I have first hand experience with issues that are common within the industry. In addition, I've brought the agile software development methodology into my financial planning process, which gives prospective clients a familiar framework. We also heavily leverage technology to streamline everything from meetings to investments to budgeting.

But you don't have to actually be in IT to relate. If you are tech savvy and my approach to financial planning resonates with you, then we may be a perfect fit.

Together we can take a holistic approach of all of your accounts to design a portfolio that you can then implement.

  • Yes. If you so choose, we can set up accounts & create a portfolio of leading low-cost mutual funds and ETFs tailored to your specific needs and level of risk tolerance. Ongoing management of the account (rebalancing, tax loss harvesting, adjusting asset allocations based on changing needs, etc) is an included service.

  • Start here to get the ball rolling. We will chat about your specific situation and goals and determine if there is anything I can do to help.

  • While I feel like we all could use some level of guidance, I don't pretend to think I'm the best fit to serve everyone. If you still would like professional financial help, I would highly recommend searching XY Planning Network for a list of qualified fee-only professionals. The key is to find someone who is held to the Fiduciary standard, which is a requirement for the entire network of advisors.
